At the American Corner of KКUNB L. N. Tolstoy on the Zoom platform hosted an online mini-lecture dedicated to the «National Valentine's Day». This wonderful holiday is an analogue of Valentine's Day and is dedicated to the heroes of the Kazakh epic poem Kozy-Korpesh and Bayan-Sulu. One of the goals of this holiday is to show the purity and beauty of love, respect and friendliness to each other. This is the education of chastity, images of Kazakhstani youth and national heroes. The holiday takes place in the spring - at the most romantic time of the year. Each participant of the meeting shared his thoughts on the upcoming exciting event. At the meeting, the participants watched the legend of Kozy-Korpesh and Bayan-Sulu. Speaker Diana Temirkhanova, Ambassador of the Go Viral Innovation Festival, shared with the participants the importance of strengthening the cultural traditions, history and legends of the steppe. All participants noted that this holiday on a warm spring day reflects warmth, joy and renewal of life.
