The head of the international office of Rennes Cedric Proadek visited our library in order to get acquainted with the city. Mr. Proadek came to our town to lecture at A.BaitursynovKostanay State University. Communicating with colleagues and visitors of the library, he noticed a good knowledge of French and English, the warmth and friendliness of the reception, information and competence during the excursion. Getting acquainted with the library, the guest expressed gratitude, shared his impressions of what he saw and expressed a desire to present a book in French duringhis next visit.

Such visits always promote cultural exchange and mutual understanding between the people of Kazakhstan and France.
