On the 28th of March in the American corner of Regional Library of L. N. Tolstoy had taken place the seminar for English schools' teachers of the Kostanay region. Elena Bozhko  and Nina Shandetskaya the graduates of educational programs for teachers of the U.S. Embassy in the Republic of Kazakhstan, were as moderators  and  took a speech at the seminar. The theme of the seminar was "Effective lesson planning as basis of effective teaching". The seminar was held in groups with using role-playing games and practical tasks. The thematic book exhibition «Art of Planning» has been dated for event, on which has been presented literature about high-quality planning of a lesson from fund of International book department and IRC «American Corner».
