The universal found of documents of the library consist of more than 550 044 storage units, in national language more than 55 443 books. It is one of the biggest collection in the oblast.

The found of the Library consist of:

• Books;
• Brochures;
• Periodical issues – 71 578 units;
• Issues about art;
• Audio & visual materials (gramophone records);
• Disks, flash drivers – 846;
• Map issues;
• And other unique issues.

The found consist of the books in Kazakh, Russian, Foreign languages and other languages.More than 11 000 printed issues are purchased every year, also 150 newspapers, more than 400 units of magazines in national, Russian and foreign languages.

Unique issues.

For the years of existing, our library collected rare and unique issues, witch are present the “pearls” of our found. The unique books is a part of The Book of depository Department. This collection is stored in separate room and good secured. Today, the collection is compounded of 600 books. In our unique, or such called valuable found consist of several collection.
