| Seminar “Effective ways of developing writing skills” | 01.04.2015 | We continue to work with graduators of educational programs. On march 27 English teachers of secondary schools in Kostanay region had a seminar “Effective ways of developing writing skills” in American corner. (33 teachers)
The lectors were the best in their profession. They are – English teacher trainer of the British Council with the theme “Writing in your class”.
Also, the teachers were offered the exhibition "Kazakhstan: to the great in unity and harmony" focus on priority event of the year (550th anniversary of the Kazakh Khanate, information about books of the year: Yesenberlin I. "Nomads"). The other highlights of the year also were mentioned: the 20th anniversary of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan, the 20th Anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan. (exhibited 13 sources, viewed 42 copies).
Coordinator of the American Corner, Xeniya made a review of existing literature for teachers on the development of writing skills (40 specimens exhibited., viewed 135 ind., Issued 5 copies).
At the end of the seminar the teachers were given an exhibition tour "Tugan jer - Native Land."
As far as the seminar was attended by people of different nationalities within sociological research on the theme “Ethno-cultural needs of the readers” survey was conducted among the teachers and the questionnaire transferred for analysis to the Department of library development (30 copies). | | | |
